Areas which are the object of the offer lies between exits from expressway S-7 Szydłowiec-South, Kraków destination and S-7 Szydłowiec-Północ. At the intersection with the future highway East - West. Warszawa destination.

The local development plan of north-eastern part of the city Szydłowiec. Appendix no.1 to the resolution no.96 / XVI / 12 Szydłowiec City Council of 26 March 2012. Paragraph 39.

Areas are glued to the S-7 are marked by red rectangle. Service road detours “heating building” and allows to enter to the Industrial Area. Also entrance from Piekna street. 1,000 meters from the south exit and about 1,000 meters from the exit North in Szydłowiec. A 3 km. from the train station. Szydlowiec, with unloading ramps. A 30 km. airport in Radom, 170 km. Balice airport and 100 km. Warsaw - Okęcie.


Lots marked in purpure are private parcels approx. 18.000 m2. Meters sq. Are more or less approximate, because the plots have been less expensive service purchased by the City of Szydłowiec. The difference can be approx. - 10%

4. Range of urban terms:
a) behaves existing buildings, with the rights to repair actions, reconstruction and development.
b) realization non-burdensome projects, with a full range of retail and wholesale, administration, catering, crafts, manual service communication and productions halls, warehouses and storage.
c) on the areas marked with symbols 23.U,P it is allowed to realize commercial buildings with a selling area above 2.000m2.
5. It is allowed to realize single-family buildings and residential locals built-in service or production objects provided that they are realise for owner of the building or investment land.
6. It is prohibited to realize public services.
7. It is allowed to realize free-standing garages, whose height does not exceed 5m.
8. It is allowed to realize underground garages, it is forbidden to realize free-standing farm buildings.
9. Maximum height is determined for:
- service buildings, manufacturing objects, warehouses, trade objects with sale area above 2.000m2, single-family buildings 12m.
- Maximum height is not determined for objects and devices of technical infrastructure including telecommunication.
10. Maximum intensity of buildings is 2,0
11. Parking and garages for all existing and new objects should be located on the construction land area or investment area, of which the investor has the legal title – by paragraph 20.
12. It is ordered to realize high or flat roof, with roof slope up to 45 degrees.
13. The roof should be built with traditional materials such as shingle, thatch, brass-tile etc.
14. There are determined following colors for buildings:
roofs: from dark red to reddish bronze or shades of black, gray and green
facades of building: pastel colors, white, gray, graphite.
15. It is ordered to use traditional materials on facades of building including: clinker brick, wood, glass, ceramic cladding and stone.
16. The rules 12-15 should be used for reconstruction of existing buildings.
17. The rules 12-15 should be used for implementation free standing garages.
18. It is allowed to realize objects and technical infrastructure devices including telecommunication.
